The Hardey Writers meet at 7pm at SOMOS every Wednesday except the 1st of the month.
The group is free, welcomes newcomers, and is based on Natalie Goldberg's "Wild Mind" technique. We exchange prompts, then free-write for about half an hour, then read what we've written and get feed-back. (Only positive comments...not a critique group! A safe place to find your writer's voice.)
Bring snack to share, and writing needs and words or quotes as prompts.
Folks who come three times are considered "members," and are asked to join SOMOS, as they provide room rent-free.
